Cancellation & Refund Policy

🎂 Since all our cakes are freshly baked to order, we begin preparation well before the delivery date. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer

2. Cancellation by Cake O' Clock
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to:
- Unavailability of ingredients
- Operational issues or capacity constraints
- Incorrect or incomplete order details that could not be resolved
In such cases, you will receive a full 100% refund within 5–7 business days. We will notify you as early as possible.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Please share your account details with us on WhatsApp.
- Partial refunds will be calculated on the order subtotal, excluding any delivery charges.
4. Order Modifications
- Changes to flavour, size, or design can be accommodated if requested at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
- Changes requested within 24 hours may incur additional charges or may not be possible.
- Date or time changes are subject to availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect cake, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 2 hours of delivery on WhatsApp. We will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement cake (delivery time subject to availability)
- Store credit for a future order
- A partial or full refund
We are not liable for damage that occurs after the cake has been received and accepted by the customer.
