Cake O' Clock is a home bakery based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, operated by Shriya Mahendru. By placing an order on our website or via WhatsApp, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day orders are not accepted.
• Custom cake orders (special designs, tiers, fondant work) may require 48–72 hours notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (for online payments) or after our team acknowledges the order (for COD).
• We reserve the right to decline any order if capacity is unavailable.

• Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on customisation, size, and design complexity.
• Final pricing will be confirmed by our team before the order is accepted.
• Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated separately.

• Online payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement via our secure payment gateway.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is collected at the time of delivery. COD is available for orders within Lucknow city limits.
• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed until payment is received.

• We currently deliver within Lucknow city limits. Please contact us to confirm your delivery area.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address at the chosen time.
• We are not liable for damage caused after the order has been handed over to the customer.

Our kitchen handles dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and other common allergens. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. We are not liable for allergic reactions if allergens were not disclosed.

We take great pride in the quality of our cakes. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

All photos, designs, and content on this website are the property of Cake O' Clock. Custom cake designs created by us remain our intellectual property.
